Management is unfortunately clueless and they do not help your career growth. There is negative pressure all around the groups. People are afraid to speak up. And if you speak up you end up with a pip then there is really no performance improvement plan at all since it is all fake. It is way to get rid of people. It happened to multiple people in the past few years. Neighborhood is expensive. You spend a lot money out of your pocket to park ( someone else also mentioned) and eat lunch. If you want stress, then yes go for it. Company doesn't have a good product. They are outsourcing the jobs overseas , not sure if it is legal in hipaaa regulations since patient data is involved. Company has been around 20 years and still only 50-80 people so that tells you something. Few managers think that ceo wants to sell the company and make the money and leave.there is no future so I would not recommend to anyone unless you are desperate.
