Pros
1. Easy going and friendly bunch of working colleagues (not higher up) 2. Birthday Leave 3. Healthcare benefits
Kontras
1. Poor remuneration (one of the lowest in the average market) with literally no opportunity in progression (good to stay for those who are retiring or prefer laid-back over dynamic work environment) 2. Prepare for hard feeling that lands after countless empty promises during townhall meetings from higher-ups (part of their game plan, maybe?) - so far more said than done 3. Lack of enforcement - Staff comes late and goes off early without observation of rules and regulations 4. Superior that only knows how to sweet talk often over commits in front of Client and then back off costing the employee all sorts of trouble after losing long term trust - worst part when your design gets overturned 5. All want to play middle manager and only know-how is delegating and asking people to do 5. PM lean on others like crutch cause don't know what is happening 6. No proper training (throw into project to learn from failure) 7. Fresh grad is expected to know everything from Day 1 8. Asked to take over things that are not in job scope multiple times on premise of "learning" (then original person slack off) 9. Not noticing / pretending not to notice undisciplined behaviour resulting in morale drop 10. There are the ones that climb via support, and there are the ones who show off to bosses to climb
