Plenty of in-person supervision and mentorship from BCBAs which is more than experienced at other ABA companies. Flexible scheduling if needed, PTO, monthly reimbursement for health insurance. Supportive staff and colleagues.

If a client cancels at the last minute, it's not always possible to make up the hours. But that's not uncommon in the ABA field, and this is a small business.

Great time working with the clients. Ability to get the RBT credential quickly.

Need better management and supervision. The free supervision isn't worth the low rate of pay. There were no benefits offered at the time.
