Pros

Essentially what every job has: lunch and full time job.

Kontras

No growth, no PTO, no 401K, no sick days and no maternity/paternity leave. Very micromanaged to the point it is overwhelming.

Pros

Great company. Lot's of advancement opportunities. SALES people can earn money here - order takers maybe not a lot.

Kontras

Expectations are high but with expectations comes $$ opportunities. I worked at another agency (like highway but starts with a FREE...) and expecations were also high but money wasnt there and I got tired of the president yelling at me,

Pros

It is better than not having a job at all…. maybe? Corporate: kind of a sandbox type of environment, you can build out a lot in most departments. Also the chance to trauma bond with your peers. Sales: you can get your licenses and feet on the ground in the industry

Kontras

Corporate Employees: the way will be treated is legal but very much frowned upon. Many of the department heads and owners themselves will happily yell at you so loud that the entire office will hear. You will be expected to work insanely long hours and will never once get a thank you from most of the management. I’d give a shoutout to IT and HR for being the only two departments that have employees that actually seem remotely happy to show. They have the world’s crappiest break room that the owners micromanage. You will likely be told to take eat at your desk when possible so the owners think you are being more productive. Sales: long hours and company policies are designed to claw back your bonus pay whenever you make even a tiny error once.
