Individuals are encouraged to take personal responsibility for their own personal progression. - CEO devolved power and decision making to senior leadership team; improved transparency. - Company is finally focusing more on being a tech company. - Freedom to continuously improve both process and the roles within the company; freedom to find what you enjoy doing.

- Still a lot of skeletons to clear out from previous lack of direction, although a large amount of progress is being made here. - Lack of traditional perks, money can be a constraint, but also acts as a positive challenge and opportunity to find better solutions rather than throwing money at a problem like most tech companies do. - Work life balance is not proactively monitored, a small team means it is easy to take on too much. Sometimes over-ambition can result in unsustainable workload.
