It is completely subjective. So, when you are terminated; it will be a complete surprise. If you are terminated, your replacement (If replaced) will be of the lowest priced caliber available. Corporate Direction: The direction of the business is clearly vague. There is a general direction and force towards a certain area. The lack of an experienced "Captain" and "Officers" in these waters shows. Advancing on volatile and protected sector is not for the foolhardy. The future is unsure for this organisation in this direction. Technology: The technology is there to perform some real profitable services. It is not being utilized. Since the technical force has been decimated, the focus is keeping the current customers rather than developing future, marketable products.
