      no micro management. good technologies.

      Kontras

      company makes you work hard in order to get a bonus and then take that away a few weeks before it was going to get paid. layoffs are a thing here due to a failure in leadership. Pay rates are lower than the market. there is no company culture.

      3Cloud pays bonuses utilization bonuses quarterly to our consultants. The plans are very clear about what it takes to meet or exceed targets. We want team members to be rewarded for their contributions to clients and 3Cloud.
