It's very rewarding to know that the work I’m doing is extremely valuable to our clients. Focusing on the professional and personal development of the employees is very important to management. Our goal is to continue to progress from being a good company to a special one. To do that we are going through a self imposed transformation. Moving away from a start-up’s mentality to one focused on putting the people and processes in place to be able to scale to a great company. That means a lot of change and doing things differently than we are use to. Change is difficult no matter how adaptable you are and things are happening quickly, which isn’t the easiest thing to deal with at times when you are trying to accomplish the task at hand.
