Flagship company Rancon Real Estate is a full-service brokerage, providing sales and leasing, escrow, and development services for homes and estates. Preferred Lenders Corporation offers mortgage direct lending, underwriting, and brokerage services; Chardonnay Escrow handles transactions for a wide variety of property types and financial structures. In 2009 the company established Rancon Asset Management Services to manage property portfolios for institutional investors. Chairman Daniel Stephenson founded Rancon Real Estate in 1971.
