It's a big day today at TI / NTG as we're officially launching 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗼𝗻 - our HiPo (high potential) mentorship program. This four-month initiative is going to be filled with productive and intentional growth, development, and (of course) fun! We'll have multiple interactive elements, all built in-house to fit our specific needs, including: 🏈 A 𝗸𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 with activities for our participants to get to know each other and set SMART goals for the program 📔 A mentee/mentor weekly 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 to help guide discussions 💡 A mentee 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 for tracking progress 💪🏻 Additional support from leaders 🎓 A mentorship "graduation" where we'll talk about program successes and share best-practices for continuing these incredible relationships The value of a strong support system during our career and personal journeys can't be overstated. ...Mehr anzeigen
