Trainee Project Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Project Officer & Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in project coordination, client communication, documentation, and day-to-day operational support while learning project management processes in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring ongoing projects.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely task completion.
• Support communication between clients and project teams.
• Follow up on pending tasks and project deliverables.
• Prepare meeting notes, MOMs, and status reports.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the project department.
• Help in identifying project risks, delays, and escalation points.
• Maintain records, trackers, and project-related data accurately.
• Support management in daily coordination activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Computer Science background will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of project coordination and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of Jira will be preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Jira or other project management tools is a plus.
• Basic understanding of customer support or operations.
• Ability to multitask and handle deadlines efficiently.

Job Details

• Position: Full-time | Trainee Level (leading to fulltime job)
• Job Location: Bhadurabad, Karachi (Onsite)
• Job Timings: 1:00 PM till 10:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
