As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of Nufarm across Baden-Württemberg, managing relationships with agricultural trade partners and cooperatives while supporting growers directly in the field.

This is a hands-on, field-based role combining commercial sales responsibility with practical agronomic support. You won’t just sell products, you’ll be a trusted advisor, helping customers make informed decisions and resolving challenges on-site.

How You’ll Help Us Grow

Build and develop strong relationships with agricultural retailers, distributors and cooperatives across your territory
Take ownership of an established customer base while identifying new opportunities for growth
Provide technical and commercial advice on Nufarm’s crop protection and biological solutions
Act as the first point of contact for product use, application and on-farm challenges
Visit farms and customers to assess issues such as application or compatibility, and provide practical, solution-focused support
Support seasonal planning with customers including forecasting, product recommendations and volume planning
Represent Nufarm in the field through demonstrations, trials, meetings and industry events
Maintain accurate sales pipelines and customer data using CRM tools such as Salesforce
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, supply chain) to deliver a seamless customer experience
Escalate complex technical queries to internal specialists where required
Regional implementastion of national product strategies

Could This Be You?

We’re looking for a proactive, relationship-driven sales professional who is comfortable working independently in the field while staying closely connected to a wider team.

You understand how agriculture works in practice and can confidently engage with farmers, retailers and partners on both commercial and technical topics.

Ideally you will have:
Experience in agricultural sales, crop protection, agronomy or Ag retail
Understanding of crop protection products and farming practices
Interest or experience in biological crop protection solutions
Strong relationship-building and customer management skills
A proactive and commercially driven mindset
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider sales team
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce is beneficial
Certicate of expertise in plant protection (Sachkundenachweis Pflanzenschutz)
