Multi Skilled Technician (Admin Maintenance )

A Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) is a versatile maintenance professional responsible for repairing and maintaining electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems. They ensure facility efficiency through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, usually requiring a technical vocational background (TESDA NCII) and 1–3 years of experience in property management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preventive Maintenance: Routine checks on HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Repair Work: Fixing electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry issues.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Monitoring building equipment (elevators, generators) and reporting abnormalities to managers.
• Work Order Management: Addressing repair requests efficiently.

Minimum Qualification:

• Education: Technical/Vocational diploma or equivalent; NCII Certificate in Electrical (EIM) or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) is highly preferred.
• Experience: At least 1-2 years in property management, building maintenance, or a similar environment.
• Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of safety standards, and basic computer proficiency

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,200.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
