Key Responsibilities

  • Document Management & Filing
  • Assist in filing, organizing, and maintaining merchandising documents.
  • Ensure records are updated systematically for easy access.
  • Purchase Preparation Support
  • Assist in checking and verifying details of product purchase details.
  • Assist in updating details on purchase planning
  • Support in reviewing supplier quotations and preparing comparative sheets.
  • Accuracy & Data Checking
  • Verify item details, barcode info, pricing, and quantities before final submission.
  • Assist in tracking documentation flow between departments.
  • Organizing & Coordination
  • Maintain product information sheets, samples, and supplier records to master file.
  • Assist the team in preparing merchandising materials for meetings or product discussions.
  • General Department Support
  • Participate in ad-hoc merchandising projects and assignments.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support when required.

Learning Opportunities

  • Exposure to merchandising and procurement workflow in a retail trading company.
  • Understanding of purchase preparation and supplier coordination processes.
  • Hands-on training in document control and data verification.
  • Development of organizational and analytical skills in a business setting.

Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
