Kitchen Production Assistant

The Kitchen Production Assistant supports the Head Chef in the daily preparation and production of bakery goods. This role helps ensure products are prepared consistently, efficiently, and according to the café’s quality standards while maintaining cleanliness and proper kitchen organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in the preparation and production of bakery goods.
• Prepare ingredients, fillings, toppings, and other components required for daily production.
• Support baking, assembling, finishing, and decorating products following standard recipes and procedures
• Ensure proper portioning, labeling, and storage of ingredients and finished products.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the production and kitchen areas.
• Monitor ingredient and supply levels and report low stock to the Head Chef.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards at all times.
• Help organize tools, equipment, and workstations to ensure efficient workflow
• Assist with restocking displays or supporting customer service when needed.
• Participate in training and continuously develop culinary skills under the guidance of the Head Chef

Minimum Qualification:

• with at least 1 year work experience as Kitchen Production Assistant
• preferably with baking certification or culinary graduate (undergrad or short course)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,128.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
