Position: Quantity Surveying Trainee (April 2026 Intake)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building Surveying / Construction Management.
• Minimum CGPA 2.00 and above.
• Aged 27 years old and below.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Computer literate with excellent communication skills.
• Able to interact with all levels of people.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and under pressure.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other related documents.
• Coordinate with clients and construction professionals such as site managers, project managers, and project coordinators.
• Perform other duties as assigned relevant to this role.
• Monitor design or construction changes and revise budget projections accordingly.

Program Details:

• 9-month trainee program.
• 1 week Soft Skill Training
• 8 months & 3 weeks On-the-Job Training
• Entitled for medical claim.
• Annual and medical leave provided.
• Intake starts in April 2026.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
