Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:

• Event Management
• Marketing Management / Mass Communication
• Graphic Design
• Business Management
• Minimum CGPA of 2.00 and above
• Aged 27 years and below
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong creative presence and artistic flair
• Able to follow instructions clearly to achieve desired results
• Willing to travel to various event/project sites when required
• Energetic, self-motivated, and a great team player
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Able to do basic design and editing video
• Bonus: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan events from concept to completion.
• Brainstorm and generate creative ideas for event themes, content, and marketing materials.
• Manage logistics, venues, and vendor coordination.
• Support event setup and dismantling efficiently.
• Gather and analyze feedback & event data to measure outcomes.
• Assist in producing event-related digital content (videos, posters, promos).
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Perform ad-hoc duties during events or company functions as required.

Program Details

• Total Duration: 9 months
• Soft Skills Training: 1 month
• On-the-Job Training: 8 months & 3 weeks
