Graduate Trainee Program (Engineering)
Intake: June 2026

Qualifications & Requirements
Fresh graduates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:

• Civil Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• CGPA 2.00 and above
• Aged 27 and below
• Energetic, self-motivated, and a strong team player
• Able to work under minimal supervision

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in managing related projects
• Support Senior Engineers / Coordinators on assigned tasks
• Liaise with consultants, technical agencies, and local authorities
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with design and specifications
• Coordinate with clients, construction teams, and subcontractors

Program Duration: 9 Months

• 1 week of Soft Skills Training
• 8 months and 3 weeks of On-the-Job Training
