As a Curriculum Support Officer with a customer service focus, you’ll guide educators , answer questions and troubleshoot tech challenges in using software and tools confidently.

What You’ll Do

• Provide support to teachers and schools, helping them use TECHNOKids materials, resources,and tools confidently.
• Troubleshoot IT issues and offer practical solutions.
• Visit schools to run training programs and build strong relationships with educators.
• Track feedback, report recurring issues, and suggest improvements to the curriculum team.
• Share tips, resources, and updates to help teachers and students use technology effectively.

• Friendly, patient, and proactive.- Comfortable communicating with teachers, students, and school staff.
• Curious and eager to learn new software and tech tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Education, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficiency in common productivity and software tools
• Comfortable navigating basic IT software and applications
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Experience in customer service, training, or tech support is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
