Customer Service Associate (Makati)

-Be part of our growing TEAM!-We are looking for goal-oriented individuals to fill in the-CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE-Role.-JOB DESCRIPTION-Assists and answers queries (through phone) of Value Care clients and or hospital personnel regarding their plan benefit, consultation, admission and utilization.-DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-Responsible in handling client's inquiries and concerns pertaining to their healthcare coverage.-Issues outpatient/inpatient approval codes to accredited hospitals, clinics and dentists;-Coordinates with different departments to address clients needs.-QUALIFICATIONS-:-Graduate of any medical or business related courses.-Anyone with relevant experience.-Fresh / Entry level applicants are welcome to apply-.-Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.-Ability to multitask while working under minimal supervision.-Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office using MS Word and MS Excel.-Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City-In VALUCARE, we promote an environment that allows everyone to be at their best and explore their creativity.-
