Cadet Project Engineer

The Cadet Project Engineer assists in the execution and supervision of projects under the guidance of the Project Manager. The role involves supporting the management of project resources, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, and contributing to the successful delivery of project objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the overall implementation of projects.
• Lead and coordinate the activities of the installation and site teams.
• Ensure all installation areas are properly prepared prior to mobilization.
• Review and implement MEPS plans, and revise them as necessary.
• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules and progress reports.
• Ensure the availability and completeness of project requirements, including budget, tools, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct site inspections, verifications, and measurements.
• Prepare and submit project reports and documentation.
• Address site-related concerns and facilitate coordination among stakeholders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or immediate head.

Minimum Qualification:

• Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder in Mechanical Engineering.
• Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer.
• Must have at least one (1) year of experience in project management or related fields.
• Must be physically fit and in good health.
• Willing to be assigned to out-of-town projects.
• Willing to work in challenging site conditions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

• Project management: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Professional Mechanical Engineer License (Required)
