Billing & Collection Manager

-We are looking for an experienced and driven-Billing and Collection Manager-to lead our billing operations and receivables management. This position plays a key role in ensuring financial stability through timely billing and effective collections from clients and members.-This role will manage and oversee the team, manage billing cycles, maintain client ledgers, and ensure collection efficiency, while coordinating with other departments to resolve disputes and improve billing processes.-Lead and manage the Billing and Collection Department-Ensure accurate and timely preparation of billing statements for corporate and individual accounts-Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable to maintain collection efficiency.-Analyze aging reports and take appropriate action on overdue accounts-Resolve billing discrepancies and client concerns in a timely manner-Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Legal, Membership) for reconciliation and collections-Supervise and coach billing and collection staff to meet team KPIs-Prepare and present collection reports to the CFO and Management Team-*Full Job Descriptions will be provided to qualified candidates-JOB QUALIFICATIONS:-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or any related finance course (CPA is a plus)-At least 8 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in a leadership/managerial role-Background in HMO or healthcare billing processes preferred-Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel-Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills-Ability to work independently and lead a team under tight deadlines-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.-Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.-Good management, goal-oriented, presentation skills, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.-Willing to work on-site and be assigned to Pasig area-VALUCARE provides our employees with a total rewards package, which includes competitive market benefits:-Guaranteed HMO on your first day-Leave benefits (15 vacation leaves and 15 sick leaves)-Performance based bonus-Life Insurance Coverage-Heath Care benefit coverage for up to 4 dependents-Retirement benefits-Annual Salary Increase-Leave Conversion-Birthday Leave-Profit Sharing-Uniform Benefit-Medicine Allowance-Vitamins Allowance-
