BILLING & COLLECTION INTERN

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Retrieval of billing invoices, as needed
• Tagging of payments to ESOA Portal
• Updating of collection to Forecast/SL
• Assist in BDO Dependents processing and related tasks
• Uploading of Billing Attachments
• Printing of scanned documents and billing attachments for Medical Collectibles

Provide support in reconciliation activities, collection recovery efforts, and day-to-day operational and administrative tasks to help improve overall team efficiency and workflow management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College student pursuing BS Financial Management, Accounting, or any related courses
• With at least 2 months requirement for On-The-Job Training
• Hardworking, flexible, keen to details, and can work with minimal supervision.
• With good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Has the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Has proficiency in using Microsoft office and other related applications.
• With endorsement letter and MOA from his/her university

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Contract length: 3 months
