Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or a related field
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken)
- Good understanding of computer hardware and software
- Strong technical support skills
Job Description:
- Monitor daily IT support operations for staff PCs, labs, classrooms and ICT equipment
- Oversee the endpoint lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance and disposal
- Ensure ICT readiness in classrooms and computer labs for teaching and learning
- Provide second-level technical support and standardize troubleshooting practices
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of network troubleshooting
- Lead and supervise the IT support team
- Any other tasks and duties as assigned by the University from time to time
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
