Your Day-to-Day

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow Performance Analytics solutions, including scorecards, breakdowns, and time-series visualizations
• Design and build interactive dashboards and reports to monitor performance and support business objectives
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps within various ServiceNow modules
• Define and set up thresholds, targets, and alerts to provide real-time visibility and predictive forecasts
• Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to capture requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and adherence to best practices for scalability and accuracy
• Communicate findings and recommendations to various levels of management through reports and presentations
• Troubleshoot data and configuration issues to ensure the ongoing reliability of performance measurement tools

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field of study
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM modules
• Proven ability in reporting and dashboard creation; proficiency in Power BI and familiarity with Data Lake environments are an advantage
• Strong skills in data analysis and visualization, with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights
• Experience in developing, tracking, and optimizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve service performance

Work Setup

• Location: Makati City (Hybrid - 2 to 3 times onsite per week)
• Shift: Dayshift schedule, Monday to Friday

Pay: From Php170,000.00 per month
