ACCOUNT MANAGER - NEW BUSINESS

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through proactive prospecting and effective referral generation to support revenue growth and achieve sales objectives.
• Lead client engagements by demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and delivering tailored solutions
• Gather and communicate market intelligence, customer requirements, and client feedback to support product enhancement, improve customer experience, and strengthen internal processes.
• Conduct telemarketing and outbound sales initiatives to expand market reach, generate new business opportunities, and strengthen client acquisition efforts.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer relationship management.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in a related field is an advantage but not required.
• Background in sales and providing customer-centric solutions is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Fast learner with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig City, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
