It was fairly long with 5 stages, which initially was quite daunting, however I can honestly say that it was very beneficial being able to meet and chat to as many stakeholders as I did, and it gave me real insight to the business and was so beneficial to understand the culture and people I'll be working with. My decision to move across was much easier having gone through this process.
