The claims are just simply not true. The company is extremely diverse and actually is one of the few places in Chicago that can claim to have a very wide spectrum of representatives of all the different groups. I have been with the company for a long time and have always been proud to say that we have a very good diversity and amazing camaraderie in our culture. P.S. There are definitely way more than 5 African Americans working in the corporate office.
