I would like to work in this industry because of the wonderful treatment my Mother had for over 3 years while on hospice. It makes such a difference n the lives of not only the patient but for their family and all caregivers. Personally I would not have made it through without the caring and compassion hospice showed us. I also worked for 15 months after my Mother passed as a Chaplain and there is nothing more rewarding, although difficult, than serving others in the most difficult of times. I also understand the needs of the caregivers as well as the needs of the person who is on hospice.
