Interview was pretty standard to see whether you would fit in with the rest of the team. It consisted of a lot of "how to deal with customer" questions, and how to react in a certain scenario.

The interview process was very standard. Got a phone call with the supervisor and was asked questions about situations about team work and how I would approach instances when I didn't know how to handle something. During the in person interview it was first with two people who held the position I was applying for. They asked questions about my resume and what everything on it meant and examples of every detail. Afterwards, interviewed with another and the supervisor, and was asked questions about experience with certain coding languages, programs, platforms, etc. There were a few technical questions for every concept or detail that I had included on my resume which seemed like a very standardized interview.
The environment of the office from my first experience was very spacious and warm. The interview was held in the supervisor's office in the back of the room. The people overall were all very friendly; the hiring and interview process, in my opinion, is very laid-back.
