I had three interviews. first a technical interview with my manager.
next a short general interview with my director and lastly with HR about the Salary, vacation, sick days, etc.
they were all friendly

The first round of interviews is an online video interview where the computer gives you a question and you record yourself answering it. This process is extremely impersonal and it is by far the worst "interview" I have had. Recording myself made me extremely anxious and for me, it took away the calming and reassuring aspect of having a human on the other side. I will not be applying to this company again because of the interview system they have.

Online automated interview. I had to answer questions to a computer screen. It was very inorganic and I never heard back from a real human. Tells you a lot about the type of company this is, I think.
