Screening call, followed by online interview and then 1-hr in-person interview. Latter was primarily technical + office tour. I was told they would call me back for another interview, and the internal recruiter reached out to me requesting my availability for that interview. Then, they ghosted me. Haven't heard anything since.
Don't ghost your legitimate candidates. Random applicants with whom you've never interacted? Sure I get it. But I came out to your office... it's really a poor look.

A very light interview, with only talking and discussing about information about yourself. It was the first interview of the process, so it was with the human resources department, and if you did well you would get an interview with the technical staff.
