Easy no real interview process. You just have to go through orientation and be sure that you can get cleared. They have a very strict clearing process. So once you are cleared and go through PSD training phase and get your CDL you can get the job. No interview.

Was over 10 years ago. Interviewer was really rude, was obviously not used to talking to a female driver. He repeated questions about my experience, even though all driving experience is verified per federal guide lines. I had worked with recruiter to make sure all my bases had been covered. I am sure the company culture toward female drivers has improved since then.
