Very relaxed, just a phone interview with a hiring manager. I applied online and picked a number of locations, then received an email from a third party contractor telling me that I had received an interview. I spoke with a principal investigator at one of the locations I had put down about my previous lab experience and my motivations for wanting to work at Pfizer, as well as my potential career plans.
