I was contacted by the Recruiter for the position. Three rounds of interviews in 1 week. A short presentation of my experiences. The recruiter contacted me after 3 days and said I was not selected.

Worst experiences in my 11 years job experiences. I applied for a position of senior/principal engineer. My 11 years job experiences in world class semiconductor companies and universities covers all the job description that Micron need. And I am still working in a good position. In the interview process at first day hiring manager took my interview for 30 minutes. Then recruiter again took my interview for 30 minutes and interestingly she was not punctual in maintaining time!! I was waiting for her on time in online but she didn’t come! Then I emailed her and she replied she is busy and she want another time!! Then I faced again a 60 minutes panel interview (5 interviewers) in online . In all interviews the Interviewers tried to screw me asking fundamental questions in plasma process and so on. I was feeling so disturbed because they seem not interested on my experiences rather checking my basics…ha ha it’s like they were interviewing an undergraduate student..,. Interviewer should be much more smart. After the two interviews completed, I received email from the recruiter that I passed the two interviews and I need to face 2nd round interview. However she already set interview time that already passed but she did not inform me the time and no online notification!! She then regretted for her mistake and again asked for my available time for the 2nd round interview. I gave her my time. Surprisingly before starting the 2nd round of interview I got rejected notification from the Micron Workday (even not from recruiter)!!!!!!! I gave much important time for Micron interview and I could answer the almost all the questions however my feeling their interview system is not so standard!! The Micron employee who interviewed seems are so pride rather giving respect to candidates!!! Recruiter also seems not so professional!
