First interview was with Marketing Director, Communications Director, and secondary Graphic Designer. Was asked over 30 questions from an HR binder that had little do with graphic design but more conflict/resolution questions. Was later asked to design a poster for a pancake feed event. Had second interview with 5+ employees. Was offered job a few days later.
