I applied thru naukri.com. I was called by HR Shruti for F2F Interview at their noida office i went there & they had a written test & and said they will let me know. Then after few follow ups HR called & said i cleared the round & have to come again one last time for a discussion with MD i said ok. Again i was at their noida office & had a discussion with MD & he gave an short assignment which i submitted very next day. Now after 7 days Shruti called me again & congratulates me that i have been selected & i have to submit documents which i did on the very day. Now its time for some suspense, After many follow ups she called 5-6 days later and said i have to face another skype round with another MD who was in Germany i agreed. No confirmation for 1 week & when i called shruti she said we have put the vacancy on hold for now & will let me know. Wow I wasted 1 leave for this & it took them almost 20 days to decide whether to hire someone or not for the position. I Just need to say to their management please stop wasting your as well as candidates time & first be sure about the vacancy then only start your interview process.
