Met with recruiter. He restructured my resume and told me that there was no demand for COBOL programmers. Could tell he was not interested. Explained a little about they pay structure at KForce. Said that recruiter for the company with COBOL job had left KForce so they were trying to get someone new to represent them and it might take awhile.
