It was very long. First a phone screen with HR, then a phone interview with who would be my boss. It went really well, so I was scheduled to come in and do a presentation to a room full of people, and then interview for another 3+ hours. It was extremely stressful. By the end I reached out by phone and email with no response whatsoever, until randomly I got a form email with a generic "we're going a different direction" paragraph. Really disappointing considering how much time and effort was required; I would expect some feedback or a little more timeliness. It was pretty unprofessional, honestly, but they seem pretty hectic and everyone who interviewed me had been there for less than a year, some less than 6 months, so maybe they just haven't figured out how to be professional in this process yet.

They ask all the basic questions. What is your passion? What is your biggest strength/weakness? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Nothing about the interview was unique either to the position or any other interview I had in the past.
