Very straight forward. Called in for an interview which lasted about 20 minutes. The person who interviewed me was very nice even though she was from the kitchen staff and not the bar staff for which I was applying.

Very friendly, they asked me to come in for a quick chat and it was just a lot about my background and how I work within a team. Definitely not as bad as many people think, but obviously important to prepare since these jobs can be competitive,
