It's fairly simple. I just have to: 1. Apply for the job. 2. Once that process is passed, if they like my resume and if I pass the ADS. 3. I was given the opportunity to send a video of mine saying pre-recorded answers to five questions that they gave me on an email. 4. Once that is done, if they liked it, we move to the next phase wherein the manager would reach out to me for an interview opportunity. 5. There would be one round of interview, which would be mostly about what you know about Excel Tech, what we do in what other kind of verticals that we have, and mostly about the company processes and about you. 6. Once you land that, you will be offered a position remotely for an internship, and that should be it.

One short interview with one recruiter recorded for managers to see. Basic behavioral questions total time around 30 minutes. Very kind interviewer. Did not give much background on the company or role so make sure to ask questions.
