Just out of curiosity, I applied again - just to see how all of this would be handled. Needless to say, I was not surprised. According to the timestamps, it took *three* minutes for a rejection. I can only assume that - the HR contact made the decision herself (the rejection notice was tailored to me - definitely not boilerplate) and apparently, these reviews are read. In all fairness though - I knew there would be resistance - but not to this degree.
I'm currently and happily (so far) employed and with a company with a track record for sustained growth - so one could say I reapplied out of malice or spite. In actuality, it was more to see what *else* could transpire from this company. I was not disappointed.
The company might be sound - but the HR contact certainly has issues judging by my experience as well as couple others here.
