The interview process was a simple video call. Straightforward questions; however, they did not seem to pertain to the role directly. Less about credentials and experience, more personalized. The interview seemed to be going well, but after the interview, I did not receive an update on the status of my application. I found this strange considering they were looking for an employee who could demonstrate 'kindness'.
