I filled out the online app on Monday i received a call back on Wednesday by a recruiter, who then told me that I would need to complete the assessment test in order to move forward. By Friday afternoon i received another phone call by the manager and was given an appointment for an in-person interview for the following Tuesday.

I first applied online and then was contacted by the recruiter for a phone interview. After that went well I had an in person interview with clinic manager. At that time I was also able to shadow a PCT on the floor. It was a smooth and easy process.

Brief, quick, they want to train you so no background or prior experience necessary. Just have to care about people and willing to work hard. Very breif and I didn’t feel like it was an interrogation like previous interviews. She brought in a preceptor to talk to me afterwards
