It was fast, and the questions were based on your character. I shared my interview time with another interviewee. It was a casual setting . The manager at the time was nice, we got hired on the spot.

The process was pretty simple the manager contacts you via phone then asks a few simple questions about past job, if you faced and issues and how to overcome them, work ethic etc. Then you have an in person.
