I was referred by a friend, and submitted my resume to a recruiter named Michelle. A month later she emailed me to schedule a phone interview the following week.
The interview with Michelle went over why I want to work there, salary expectations, and previous work history. At the end of the interview she let me know I would have a second phone interview with a Client Happiness Manager.
The phone interview with the Client Happiness Manager was the next day. She asked me to give examples of managing conflict, going above and beyond to offer exceptional customer service and how I impacted organizational change.
A couple of days later I was contacted by Michelle by email to complete a writing test. It is a response to a written request from a potential customer about what makes Earnest stand out and why they should chose them.
The next day I had an email from Michelle inviting me to come into the office for an in person interview. When I arrived at the office I was taken on a tour of the building with others who were interviewing.
I then sat down and interviewed one on one with 5 employees separately from each other, each one lasted 30 mins. Again the questions were very give examples based on their company values. Each interviewer made me feel extremely comfortable, and told me about their history at Earnest.
It was a very organized experience, and I got a good feel for what it was like to work there.
