There will be only 2 process. 1) Technical face-to-face: Here the interviewer will ask you the questions which he himself doesn't know the answers.And if you're able to provide the right answer,he will argue and prove your self wrong by providing wrong informations. 2) HR: Normal interview,always tries to negotiate the salary.
