The interview process was long and excessive. It involved dozens of hours including remote interview sessions with multiple people and psychology exams and evaluations. I had to answer the same questions over and over again for rotating groups of people. I was given an offer and I attempted to negotiate a base salary increase and asked for historical data about the bonuses since the compensation package is HEAVILY weighted on bonuses. They then withdrew the offer in response to this with the only explanation being "This isn't a good fit for you or us". I found this very unprofessional and would not recommend applying for this company.
