I was interviewed with a panel that focused more on deficiency questions rather than what skills someone brings to the table. The women on the panel were not able to talk or ask me questions since the male director just took over the whole panel.

I was interviewed three times. First, by Human Resources; second, by the supervisor; and third by a panel that included the director and other associates. The interviews consisted of questions about my interests, perspective, experiences, and approach, as well as an opportunity to ask questions and introduce myself further.
