They have a very high turnover rate and more than likely have a bunch of open positions and will basically give anyone a job along as you pass their drug test and background check, so the interview is just in place to make sure you are flexible enough for the job and to answer any questions you have.

Drug test through cup and pee interview background screening. Drug test doesn’t check for weed. Have to do test and fill out paperwork. Nothing ever works quickly. It takes about a week or 2 weeks to get it started
